Where we are located

Go down the M5 to Junction 30 and turn left onto the A376 signed for Exmouth. At the next roundabout the Exmouth road is the second major exit. At the second roundabout, at Clyst St. George, turn left onto the B3179 signed for Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton. Go through Woodbury, ignore the right fork to Budleigh Salterton, and go straight over at the Four Firs crossroads. You are now on a narrow Devon lane running over the common. There are passing places but take care as the banks are solid down here! Go through Yettington, and immediately after you see the entrance to Bicton Park, bear left up a very narrow road with passing places. You will come to a crossroads with a brick cross, go straight over and you will enter the village of Otterton.
As you go over the river Otter, Otterton Mill will be on your right. Take the second turning on the right opposite the green, Maunders Hill. Drive up the hill until you see the old farmhouse directly on the roadside to your left. It is at the junction with the road called Behind Hayes and the road nameplate is on the corner by the house. This farmhouse is Jacketts but the building was split into two cottages. You will be staying in the right hand half, No 2 Jacketts. You can park outside the house or off road in the car park, which is a little further up the hill through the gateway in the old flint wall. No 2’s space is left of the white line parallel to the wall.

At Sidford you will be on the A3052 (signed for Exeter). Carry on along this road, past Sidmouth and through Newton Poppleford.
Turn left onto the B3178 (signed Budleigh Salterton) just after Newton Poppleford. You will pass through Colaton Raleigh before arriving at a crossroads with a brick cross. Turn left and you will enter the village of Otterton. As you go over the river Otter, Otterton Mill will be on your right.
